With a wealth of experience across real estate and hospitality, Costas is known for combining strategic focus with long‑term vision and a partnership‑driven approach.
He began his career in 2007 when joining his fathers company The Ability Group. Gaining hands‑on experience managing a 6,000‑unit residential portfolio. His curiosity and work ethic soon led him into the Residential Lettings Department, where he contributed to the redevelopment of East Weald on The Bishops Avenue — a meticulous restoration of a Grade II listed property that went on to achieve a £100 million sale.
In 2010, Costas joined the group’s Asset Management Department, focusing on hotel and hospitality operations. Working closely with operational teams, he refined performance and efficiency measures that strengthened results across the portfolio.
By 2015, he had been appointed Head of Asset Management, overseeing 17 Hilton‑branded hotels across the UK and guiding the division through a period of sustainable, responsible growth.
In 2020, Costas founded 7C Petroleum in collaboration with ExxonMobil Fuels. The company has since grown into one of Cyprus’s leading fuel distribution businesses, operating flagship petrol stations and serving both retail and wholesale markets.
